Time Master 1.0

Increase the effectiveness of your therapy departments by managing treatment targets more accurately, reducing manual reports at month end, and monitoring labor efficiencies. Check actual treatment times versus user-defined target times in each discipline. Generate weekly rehab status reports, month-end billing summaries, and monthly labor logs. Scale from one department at one facility to multiple departments across multiple facilities.

Multi-user/multiple-departments capabilities include login security by user.
Several levels of security (including administrator, department manager, and user).
User-friendly, simple data entry.
Stand-alone program uses built-in Microsoft Access/MSDE/SQL Server database, as needed by each installation.

Weekly Rehab Status (reviews patient by department, A3a windows, actual minutes versus target minutes on a daily and total basis, with room for status comments and discharge planning.)
Monthly Billing Summaries (reviews patient’s daily treatment times by department, including direct and indirect minutes or CPT codes and number of visits.)
Monthly Labor Log (reviews employees by department, total time with patients versus time sheet)
